Travel B2C Platform
InterMiles
A live consumer travel platform — the public product travellers actually use.
InterMiles is a live consumer travel platform. The person on the other side of the screen is a traveller, not another travel company. I include it here because a large part of my career was travel work, and this is the B2C side of that work — a public platform, not a brochure and not an internal tool.

Context
This product exists for travellers using a public B2C platform. That is a different room from Trazel (software for the travel trade) and from Sriggle (a B2B travel company talking to other businesses).
When the user is a consumer, the product has to carry their trip in one place: finding something, comparing it, and completing it. You cannot treat that as a pile of marketing pages that happen to share a header.
The requirement
The requirement, as I understand this product type, was a consumer travel platform — one public surface for the travel journey rather than a set of disconnected experiences. A B2C travel product fails if the traveller has to reconstruct the trip themselves across unrelated pages.
I am not going to invent a feature list, a booking engine, or a stack I cannot document. The live site is the product. What I will stand behind is the product context: consumer travel, public platform, live.
The work
The live InterMiles platform is what I point to. My years in travel were spent at Sriggle — design engineering, then design leadership, then customer advocacy. InterMiles sits in that chapter of work as a consumer travel platform.
What I want a prospective client to take from this page is not a fake case-study of modules. It is that I have been close to real B2C travel product work, and I know why that is not the same job as a clinic website or a B2B company site.
What mattered
- Consumer B2C travel platform, live on the public web
- Organised around a traveller’s journey, not around a company explaining itself to other businesses
- Part of a wider travel body of work that also includes software and B2B
My role
I worked in travel for nine years at Sriggle. InterMiles is in this portfolio as live B2C platform work from that period. I will not invent a credit line I cannot prove. What I can prove is the domain, the product type, that the platform is live, and that I can tell B2C travel apart from travel software and from B2B company work because all three are in this portfolio for a reason.
What this work shows
This is the page I would send a travel company if they asked whether I have only built clinic sites. I have not. InterMiles is a consumer travel platform. Read it next to Trazel and Sriggle and the three models are visible without me having to say the word “expert.”
Questions about this project
What kind of product is InterMiles?
A live consumer travel platform. B2C. The user is a traveller using a public product, not a travel company reading a corporate site.
Did you build the entire InterMiles platform?
I am not claiming that. I include InterMiles as live B2C travel work from the years I spent in travel, mainly at Sriggle. The live site is the product. I will not invent a feature list or a sole-builder story.
How is this different from Sriggle?
Sriggle is a travel B2B company. Its public site talks to other businesses. InterMiles is a consumer platform. Same industry, different customer.
How is this different from Trazel?
Trazel is travel software for the trade. InterMiles is a B2C product for travellers. I keep them separate because mixing those briefs is how travel work gets described badly.
How is this different from Holiday Market or Holidayme?
Those are live consumer travel and tourism websites. InterMiles is listed as a travel B2C platform — a larger public travel product, not a tourism brochure site. They share a consumer audience; they are not the same listing in this portfolio.
What should a travel client take from this page?
That I have worked around a real consumer travel platform, and that I can place it against software and B2B work instead of flattening everything into “travel website.”
Where is it live?
intermiles.com.
